| Groups of friends, families that love socializing, people that like to have everything nearby while at the same time enjoying the pleasure of privacy in the actual centre of Bovec can chose to reside in the new apartment complete with its own parking lot. Since the apartment house is located in the centre you can enjoy all the beauty and adventures of Bovec on foot or by bike - without a car! Close to the apartment house there are restaurants, inns and shops. Currently the house features the following types of apartments with an overall capacity to accommodate 27 guests: Single-room apartmens - type AStudio apartment offers accomodation for up to three persons. In the apartment there are two fold-out sofa beds, kithen line, television with CaTV connection, bathroom with shower and WC.  Apartment plan - apartment TYPE A Double-room apartments - type BApartment with one bedroom, has three beds in it. Therefore it can accomodate up to three person. Inliving room there is also kitchen line. Apartment has bathroom with shower and WC, television with CaTV connection.  Apartment plan - apartment TYPE B
Double-room apartments - type CApartment with one bedroom has two beds in int, and extra fold out sofa bed in living room. It can accomodate up to 4 person. In living room it is kitchen line, apartment has private bathroom with shower and WC, television with CaTV connection.
Three-room apartments - type DApartment with two bedrroms in attic - each has two beds, and fold out sofa bed in living rooms, means this appartment can accomodate up to six people.
